Knee pain, just thinking about that makes my joints ache. It could develop due to various reasons; Injury, Medical condition e.g. Arthritis, which in turn could lead to a possible inability to bend your knee forward or backward, make walking painful.

Although some Knee Pains must be treated surgically, there are some natural foods which when taken judiciously can help you get rid of the pain. Let’s see eight of such foods.

It can be taken as a drink i.e. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water, 3 times daily ,1-3 cups of apple cider vinegar added to a hot bath or a cup of apple cider vinegar in 5 cups of warm water and form a hot compress which is then placed on the knee.

So, there you have it. I know some of these foods are not on your grocery list and might never be but if your knees hurt either when walking or after your exercise routine, then you need to update your list now.
